About Susan Shangle
Susan has been training and presenting to groups for over 16 years. She has six years of experience providing software training and consulting services to law firms. Most recently Susan served as the Manager of Training Services for Summation Legal Technologies, where she was in charge of more than 80 certified trainers nationwide and administered the training certification process. As Manager of Software Sales and Training at Conley & Hodge, Susan created an entire suite of training programs for DB/Textworks, LiveNote, Sanction, Summation, and TrialDirector.

Susan’s legal background makes her trainings at law firms exceptionally valuable. A trained paralegal, Susan spent four years specializing in real estate law. Susan was also an instructor at the Northeastern University's Paralegal Certificate Program. Susan is currently a faculty member for the Bentley College Institute of Paralegal Studies.

In addition to her training and consulting background, Susan is a professional public speaker and has facilitated a number of litigation department retreats and meetings. Susan is currently an instructor for the Dale Carnegie seminar series “Effective Speaking and Human Relations.”

Susan was educated at the American College in Paris, where she received her B.A. in French Studies.
